The First Slice

Apache Pizza opens its doors at 58 Dame St, Temple Bar. Armed with a stone oven, family recipes and a dream, founders serve their first handcrafted pizzas to Dublin's late-night crowd.

We introduce our first dedicated delivery service across Dublin City, bringing Apache Pizza directly to people's homes. The response is overwhelming — order volumes double within months.

Menu Expansion

Apache Pizza expands its offerings beyond classic pizzas — introducing pasta, sides, desserts and a dedicated vegetarian menu. Customer choice triples and the brand earns its first Dublin Food Award nomination.
