From a modest start on Dame Street to becoming a Dublin institution — here's the story of how Apache Pizza grew.

The First Slice

Apache Pizza opens its doors at 58 Dame St, Temple Bar. Armed with a stone oven, family recipes and a dream, founders serve their first handcrafted pizzas to Dublin's late-night crowd.

2001

Delivery Launched

We introduce our first dedicated delivery service across Dublin City, bringing Apache Pizza directly to people's homes. The response is overwhelming — order volumes double within months.

2007

Menu Expansion

Apache Pizza expands its offerings beyond classic pizzas — introducing pasta, sides, desserts and a dedicated vegetarian menu. Customer choice triples and the brand earns its first Dublin Food Award nomination.

Online Ordering Goes Live

The Apache Pizza website launches with full online ordering capabilities. Within the first year, online orders account for over 40% of all transactions, transforming how Dublin orders pizza.

Franchise Programme Begins
